This month's seasonal, in scoopable form. Fresh lemon zest, lemon juice, and a touch of pure lemon extract stirred through our base dough — egg-free and dairy-free from the very first scoop, so you can eat it straight from the roll.

Craving warm cookies? Shape it into tablespoon-sized balls and bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes, then squish the tops down with the back of a spoon for that fudgy, bakery-style finish.
